When we started THiNKiT, we noticed a painful irony in our market. Kenya is one of the most entrepreneurial nations on earth. Yet, for the average MSME, the digital world feels like a "pay-to-play" club. If you aren't a massive brand with a marketing agency, you stay hidden. If you aren't a legal expert, navigating the BRS and KRA feels like walking through a maze in the dark.
We realized that a digital directory isn't enough. A business needs a foundation before it needs a storefront. This is why we've split our vision into two distinct, powerful engines: Business Companion to guide you through the setup, and Business Listing to get you customers.
